For adventure people who loves nature and natural beauty, there are most beautiful trails in Nepal Himalayas for trekking and mountaineering. The ninth highest peak Nanga Parbat (8125 M) in the world is the western most bastion of the great Himalayan Chain. It is colossal, a great gargantuan piece of rock with a series of successive ridges, elegantly adorn in a thick coat of ice and at many times these craggy peaks hid behind the veil of mist. In 1895 AF Mummery the veteran of the Alps, made the first attempt on it. He approached through the Rupal valley, crossed the Mazeno Pass, only to be killed on the Diamer face. Thereafter Nanga Parbat was left to the Germans who made 5 attempts on it. Till 1930 losing 30 climbers and giving it the nick name "Killer Mountain". Finally it was climbed by a German-Austrian joint expedition in 1953. Fairy Meadow (3306 M) offers a lovely view of Raikot Glacier and the west face on Naga Parbat. DAY 1 : Arrival in Islamabad by PIA or British Airways and transfer to Hotel Blue Sky evening at leisure.
DAY 2 : Morning departure to Taxila for seeing world oldest civilization. Over night in Chils Inn
DAY 3 : Departure to Raikot and by jeep to Fairy Meadow. Over night in Camp.
DAY 4 & 5 : Trekking to Naga Parbat base Camp (3706 M)
DAY 6 : Trekking to great Marianne
DAY 7 : Trekking to Gunnar Farm and by coach to Gilgit Over night in Hotel Hamilton.
DAY 8 : Departure to Islamabad by Air or by road if flight canceled.
DAY 9 : Free day at Islamabad in case travelled by road .
DAY 10 : Fly to Katmandu. Reception and transfer to Hotel Marshyangdi.
DAY 11 : Drive to Nagar Kot (33 Kms) and trek for 4 hours to Chanki Bhaujyang and Camp.
DAY 12 : Trek to Chisapani(1330m) and Camp.
DAY 13 : Trek to Shiuapuri(2563m) and Camp.
DAY 14 : Trek down hill to Budhanilkantha and drive back to Khatmandu.
DAY 15 : Fly back home
